How we work
Private Aerial Surveillance & Defence for Europe’s Most Secured Estates
A Controlled Process. For Controlled Environments.
Working with Sky Sovereign Group begins with trust, not with a transaction.
Our engagement process is structured, secure, and entirely tailored to each property’s unique profile and risk exposure.
01 — Introduction or Referral
We accept new clients via trusted introductions, vetted intermediaries, or — in rare cases — direct contact from verified principals.
Initial outreach is reviewed by our intake team, and all further communication is encrypted and recorded under NDA.
We do not engage in open inquiries or respond to unsolicited press or marketing requests.
02 — Initial Conversation
Once a potential engagement is approved for dialogue, we arrange a secure call to understand:
- The location and nature of the estate
- Existing on-site security measures
- Primary concerns (e.g. intrusion, drone surveillance, airspace vulnerability)
- Coordination with existing security personnel, advisors, or estate managers
This conversation is not a sales call — it’s an alignment session.
03 — Tailored Outline
If there is mutual interest, we deliver a private brief outlining:
- Aerial perimeter design (day/night drone patrols, AI detection, response logic)
- Ground-to-air integration with on-site security
- Anti-drone system considerations
- Privacy and data protection measures
- Indicative timelines and regulatory notes
This outline is non-binding and requires signature under NDA to view.
04 — Site & Airspace Assessment
We coordinate with on-site personnel or advisors to perform a full aerial and environmental scan:
- Local EASA and CAA/NAA airspace classifications
- Terrain, elevation, electromagnetic activity
- Potential flight paths and blind zones
- Risk models for intrusion, loitering, and surveillance threats
Assessments can be performed entirely off-site using encrypted data exchange when preferred.
05 — Permits & Regulatory Compliance
Drone operations require compliance with European and local aviation authorities.
We handle all necessary approvals, including:
- Applying for flight permissions with EASA and national aviation agencies
- Coordinating with local authorities for airspace usage
- Ensuring all pilots and operators hold relevant licenses and certifications
- Maintaining updated documentation for audits or inspections
This ensures uninterrupted and lawful operation, aligned with evolving regulations.

06 — System Design & Implementation
Once approved, your custom system is prepared for:
- Drone surveillance patrols (single or multi-unit deployment)
- Automated docking & charging stations
- Anti-drone radar or RF disruption units
- 24/7 remote monitoring with alert protocols
- Emergency response routing (client’s private security or local police)
All hardware arrives unbranded and pre-configured. Installation is silent and secured.
07 — Ongoing Operation & Oversight
We provide:
- Secure remote operation via our European Operations Center
- Scheduled diagnostics and firmware updates
- Live alert routing to your designated personnel
- Optional on-site maintenance by vetted local agents
- Monthly or quarterly status briefings (upon request)
Client control panels and visual feeds are custom-built and locked to authorised devices only.
Data, Privacy & Compliance
- All systems are compliant with GDPR, EASA, and relevant national aviation laws
- Client footage and data never leave secure servers based in the EU
- We operate under signed NDA from first exchange
- No recordings, testimonials, or estate visuals are ever shared
- Internal access is compartmentalized on a need-to-know basis only
